Appetizer, first and second course: a fresh and delicious summer menu, thanks to the products of Caseificio Longo

And so it is possible to compose a complete and delicious menu, starting with a finger food appetizer made with our Tomino a Rotolo, even fresher thanks to the courgettes and mint.
The first, with an oriental flavor, could consist of steamed ravioli with Rustino (perfect as a filling thanks to its soft and compact dough and its unmistakable taste), soy carrots and toasted almonds. For a second unconventional, however, you could think of "meat free" burgers, where instead of meat the protagonist is our Tomino del Boscaiolo who, properly grilled, becomes the basis for a sandwich with a unique taste, thanks to the addition of vegetables. In addition to the combination of appetizer, first and second course, you could also prepare a snack-snack: a delicious white focaccia with fresh berries and the essential Tomino del Boscaiolo.
