Caseificio Longo has included, on its renewed website, a section of recipes enriched with many new dishes, divided with a new categorization, by courses and products. In this section you can also find a catalog of video-recipes created in collaboration with the students of IFSE (Italian Food Style Education), the only cooking school recognized as Italian excellence by the General Secretariat of the Republic.
Thanks to the inventiveness of future chefs and the goodness of Caseificio Longo's products, it was possible to create recipes suitable for the whole year and dishes with a more marked seasonality.
