After the success of Cibus2021, Caseificio Longo will also be present at the prestigious Anuga 2021, the most important fair in the world dedicated to the food & beverage sector, which will be held in Cologne from 9 to 13 October.

The figures of the latest edition of Anuga, held in 2019, effectively illustrate the importance of the German exhibition: the 7,972 exhibitors, the 284,000 square meters of exhibition area, the approximately 170,000 visitors from all over the world (201 countries! ) are very significant numbers.

All the premises of the 2021 edition are excellent, with the prospect of confirming at least the figures of two years ago, also thanks to the structuring of the fair in ten distinct halls (cheeses, meat, fresh food, baked goods and so on): each of these therefore represents a specific sector, offering products and services in harmony with the reference product area, to give visitors a unique visit experience in line with their expectations.

The theme of the 2021 edition is "Taste the future": a journey to discover the taste that will have the future towards which we are going and a perfect theme for a company like Caseificio Longo, which blends tradition and innovation in all its products, to satisfy the taste of Italian and foreign consumers, spreading Piedmontese dairy excellence.

Also for 2021, therefore, there will be over 7,000 exhibitors from 94 different countries.
