From the small laboratory in Bosconero to the current plant inaugurated in 2008, beyond the railway, there is a lot of road, but the places and the attention to traditional recipes are exactly the same as seventy years ago.
This is a really important year for us: seventy years is a lifetime.
And it is a lifetime that we have always been the same: the family with a single mission, to bring well-being to the territory. For this reason, still today, as in the 1950s, the milk selected for the production of cheeses always comes from Piedmont.
